HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE COLLAR TO ORDER?

Unlike other collars, the measurement taken for the Premier collar is at the top of the neck, directly behind the ears.  This corresponds with the size of the collar in the closed position, so it is not neccessary to "add inches".   See the sizing chart for more information.

ARE THE FIDO FLEECE BEDS WASHABLE?

Yes.  They are machine washable and dryer safe.  They are guaranteed to hold their shape and not fade.  The anti-pilling custom fleece repels dirt and resists odors.

DO THE LEASHES COME IN DIFFERENT LENGTHS?

Yes.  The leashes are a soft, durable nylon that come in 3 different lengths and widths.  They also come in 25 different colors.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

To return a product, please contact customer service at customerservice@collaredpets.com and we will get you a return authorization number (RA#).  You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item less shipping costs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP THE ITEM?

Orders are generally shipped within three to four business days via UPS Ground Service.  The number of delivery days depends on your UPS zone.

CAN YOU GET THE PREMIER COLLAR WITH A QUICK SNAP?

Yes.   You can special order the martingale-style Premier Collar with a quick snap closure.  They are available in four colors - Black, Red, Green and Blue.  You must contact us first before you place your order.  These collars are by special order only and they take two to four weeks longer to ship out.
